- Ensure each member is able to participate in the organization through committees or other duties
- Call meetings to order and announce the organization's business
- Ensure that all materials and paperwork are sent to and obtained from the National Office
- Ensure finances are taken care of
- Ensure the organization is running smoothly
Vice President

- Oversee the Committees
- Perform the duties of the President if she is unable

- Keep accurate roll of attendance
- Keep accurate record of members' information (e.g., email

Treasurer
Deinisha Tryals

Duties as Treasurer include:
- Keep track of all expenses of the organization
- Keep record of all receipts
- Collect fees and dues
- Complete financial report at the end of the year
- Keep the members informed on our earnings at fundraisers
